Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 22 March 2026 — Last Updated: 22 March 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Killer Watt Racing website at killerwatt.racing and your participation in Killer Watt Racing ("KWR") events, membership, and store. By accessing this site or participating in KWR activities, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or participate in KWR activities.

1. About Killer Watt Racing

Killer Watt Racing is an Australian motorsport team established in 2026, operating in Australia and Laos. KWR is open to participants of all vehicle types — petrol, electric, hybrid, two-stroke, four-stroke — across disciplines including Superbikes, Motocross, Go-Karts, and others. The name "Killer Watt" is a play on the Watt family surname and does not imply an electric-only focus.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its systems
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape or harvest data from this website without written permission
  • Use this website to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with KWR

KWR reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or any user account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at KWR's discretion.

3. Membership & Accounts

Membership is by invitation only. When you register an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
  • Notify KWR immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account

KWR may approve or decline membership at its sole discretion. Approved driver status carries additional privileges and responsibilities, including eligibility for the welcome pack and driver-only merchandise. These privileges may be revoked if the Code of Conduct is violated.

4. Store & Purchases

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. When you place an order:

  • You are making an offer to purchase; KWR accepts your order when payment is confirmed
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe — KWR does not store card details
  • Made-to-order items have production lead times stated on the product page; these are estimates only
  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
  • Stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition — contact us to arrange

Shipping: We ship within Australia. Postage is calculated at checkout based on weight. Free shipping applies to orders over AUD $300. International shipping is not currently available. KWR is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party carriers.

Discount codes and member pricing: Discount codes are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared. Member discounts apply at checkout for eligible members. KWR reserves the right to cancel orders where discount codes or pricing are applied fraudulently.

5. Events & Racing Activities

Motorsport is inherently dangerous. By participating in any KWR-organised or affiliated event, you:

  • Acknowledge the risks involved and accept responsibility for your own safety
  • Confirm your vehicle and equipment meet any applicable safety standards for the event
  • Hold a valid licence, permit, or approval required for the event type
  • Carry appropriate personal insurance — KWR does not provide personal accident cover to participants
  • Comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and instructions from officials
  • Consent to photography and video recording being used by KWR for promotional purposes

KWR reserves the right to exclude any participant from an event at its discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

KWR Community Standards

KWR is built on respect, inclusion, and a shared love of motorsport. We are open to all — regardless of background, experience level, vehicle type, or nationality. These standards apply to all members, participants, and visitors at all KWR events and online spaces.

You are expected to:

  • Treat all participants, staff, volunteers, and officials with respect and courtesy
  • Race cleanly and with fair play — dangerous or reckless driving is not tolerated
  • Welcome newcomers and support less experienced participants
  • Follow all safety instructions promptly and without argument
  • Take care of shared facilities, equipment, and the racing environment
  • Report any safety concerns or hazards immediately to an official
  • Represent Killer Watt Racing with pride on and off the track

The following will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
  • Racial, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise offensive language or behaviour
  • Deliberate dangerous driving or unsportsmanlike conduct
  • Consumption of alcohol or drugs prior to or during racing activities
  • Cheating, misrepresentation of results, or tampering with timing systems
  • Damage to property, equipment, or vehicles belonging to others
  • Bringing the KWR name, sponsors, or team into disrepute

Breaches of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension from events, removal from the team, or referral to relevant sporting authorities, at KWR's sole discretion.
