Click Join KWR in the top navigation. You'll need to provide a display name and email address, and choose a password. That's it — no personal details required to get started.

Yes. After signing up, we send a verification email to the address you provided. Click the link in that email to verify your account. Some features (like importing race results by email) require a verified address.

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder. You can also request a new verification email from your account settings.

With a KWR account you can:

• Log and track your race results and lap times
• Import results from karting track emails automatically
• Add your vehicles (karts, superbikes, motocross bikes)
• View leaderboards and compare times with other racers
• Submit tracks to the KWR track database
• Control your profile visibility

Go to My Dashboard, then click "Profile Settings". From there you can update your display name, bio, and profile photo.

Your profile visibility has three settings:

• Private — only you can see your profile (default)
• Members — visible to other logged-in KWR members
• Public — visible to anyone, including search engines

You can change this in Profile Settings at any time.

In Profile Settings, there is a "Change Password" section. You'll need to enter your current password and then your new password twice. If you've forgotten your current password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.

There are several ways to add race results:

• Email import — forward your race result email to your unique KWR import address
• File upload — upload a CSV or Excel results file from your dashboard
• URL import — paste a link to an online results page
• Manual entry — enter results directly in the dashboard

When you race at a supported track (like Picton Karting Track), they'll email your results to the address you registered. If you forward that email to your KWR import address (found in your dashboard), our system reads the results and creates a draft entry.

You'll receive a notification to confirm the import before it's published to your profile. We never publish results without your confirmation.

Yes. From your dashboard, choose "Import Results" and select the file upload option. We accept CSV, plain text, and Excel files (XLS/XLSX). The file should include columns for position, name, kart/vehicle number, and lap times.

In the Import Results section of your dashboard, choose "Import from URL" and paste the link to the online results page. KWR will attempt to read the page and extract your results. This works with many popular karting and motorsport result systems.

If you use a RaceBox GPS lap timer, you can export your session data directly from the RaceBox app and upload it to KWR. Here's how:

1. Open the RaceBox app on your phone and connect to your device.
2. Navigate to your session or lap history and tap the Share / Export button.
3. Choose Session Summary CSV or Lap Times CSV as the export format.
4. Save the file to your phone or share it to yourself by email or cloud storage.
5. In your KWR dashboard, go to My Races → Import Results → Upload File.
6. Select the CSV file you exported and click Upload & Import.

KWR will automatically detect the RaceBox format and pre-fill the race card with your lap times and session data. Results will appear in the "Pending Confirmation" tab for your review.

In your dashboard, navigate to the "Vehicles" section and click "Add Vehicle". You can add your kart, superbike, motocross bike, car, or any other vehicle. Only make, model, type and a name are required — engine size and other details are optional.

Many karting tracks provide hire karts for participants who don't have their own vehicle. When adding a vehicle, you can mark it as a "hire vehicle" and associate it with a specific track. This makes it easy to log results when you race in a hire kart at the same venue repeatedly.

Visit the Tracks page to browse all tracks in the KWR database. You can filter by category (karting, superbike, motocross, car) to find tracks relevant to your discipline. Track detail pages include location, map, and surface information.

You need a KWR account to submit a track. Once logged in, click the "Submit a Track" button on the Tracks page. Provide the track name, location, categories, and any other details you know. Submissions are reviewed by the KWR team before being published.

Each track has a leaderboard showing the best confirmed lap times for that venue. Your best confirmed lap time is automatically entered when you confirm a result that includes lap data. Leaderboards are filtered by time period (all-time, this year, this month, this week).

You can see results for members who have set their profile to "Members" or "Public" visibility. Members with "Private" profiles will still appear on leaderboards (by name) but their full profile won't be viewable.

No! The name "Killer Watt" is a play on the Watt family surname — not a reference to electric power. KWR welcomes petrol, electric, hybrid, and all vehicle types across all its categories.

On the Sign In page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a reset link valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

In your Profile Settings, scroll to the bottom and you'll find the "Delete Account" option. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
